Kelly is an experienced recruiter with a demonstrated history of working in the computer and network security industry. Leading the recruiting team at XOR, Kelly is a human resource professional with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Business Management and Communications (Public Relations) from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Ms. O’Connell is an integral part of XOR Operations, playing a key role in the coordination and execution of personnel recruiting across XOR’s portfolio of Cyber Defense and Cyber Systems programs. With a broad range of technical expertise across XOR’s core set of capabilities, Kelly streamlines the recruiting process with her ability to identify the most qualified candidate based on skill sets, customer requirements, and overall adaptability to the XOR Team.
