Cyber Operations Quality Assurance Manager
Lucy Price leads XOR’s cyber operations programs for a large commercial financial entity, and she has 20 years of professional experience in managing information technology projects. She has supported missions including the U.S. Army’s Worldwide Individual Augmentation System (WIAS), the FBI’s Combined DNA Index System (CODIS), the State Department’s Diplomatic Security Service training program, and the Department of Defense’s Secure Unclassified Network (SUNet); and she taught Developing Professional Skills I: Foundational Elements to undergraduates in the George Mason University School of Business. Ms. Price earned her Master of Arts in Professional Writing and Rhetoric from George Mason University, and she holds certifications from the Project Management Institute (Project Management Professional), the Scrum Alliance (Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner), CompTIA (Security+), ISACA (Certified Information Security Manager), and The Open Group (Open FAIR Certification). Ms. Price’s background in technical writing and quality assurance, along with her dedication to thinking critically, communicating effectively, and approaching challenges collaboratively allow her to build strong customer relationships and ask difficult questions that lead to mature, robust outcomes.
