As Director of Federal Financial & Regulatory Programs, Todd ensures the successful execution and delivery of risk management, cybersecurity operations, and security engineering services across a portfolio of complex client environments. Todd brings nearly three decades of diverse security and leadership experience to XOR, having delivered solutions across domestic and international Law Enforcement, Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Federal agency missions.
A results-oriented leader, Todd specializes in increasing client cyber readiness with the delivery of multi-faceted security solutions that enhance enterprise capabilities, improve organizational risk-posture, and ensure compliance with complex legal and regulatory environments. Leading with a commitment to energize, develop, and motivate his teams, Todd’s leadership approach prioritizes collaboration, communication, and people development as key success factors in exceeding client expectations and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams. Harnessing the creativity and innovation of his teams and technology, Todd welcomes new perspectives, transforming ideas into strategies and plans to deliver certainty for critical client missions.
Todd is a Certified Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Associate, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), certified ITIL practitioner, and a former Fully Qualified Navy Validator. He holds a B.S. in Information Systems Management and a M.S. in Information Technology with an advanced graduate certification in Information Assurance.
